COVID -19 PRACTICES:
Extended cleaning and airing at end of each stay with full anti-bacterial wipe down of all contact vertical and horizontal hard surfaces.
Non contact temperature check on each guest will be taken at checkin.
ID must be shown and home contact details will be recorded for each guest.
Social distancing and hand washing should be practiced.
For the safety and health for yourself and other guests and residents of The Chee Bondi, please keep visitors to a minimum. Anyone entering the building will need to sign into QR Code for Covid contact tracing. If any visitors are unwell, please refrain from inviting them into our building and rooms.
Hand sanitiser is positioned at main entrance next to guest computer.
If you feel unwell, we can advise you on doctors or clinics to visit and get tested.

We are located 100m from Bondi Beach on Hall St.
Non Smoking building including all outdoor areas with a strict NO PARTY POLICY or loud music/noise after 10pm.
* NO VISITORS ALLOWED IN STUDIOS 10PM -7AM, REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY.
We are a family owned and operated business.
6 short term studios available in our residential property.
Our live in managers will be there to help you with all your needs,
from initial enquiry to check in to check out. Please note 3 French bulldogs live with the managers. However we do not cater for pets in our holiday studios.

All Bondi Beach studios have a Queen Bed only, lounge, dining, bathroom and kitchen, flatscreen tv with Apple TV and air con.
Suitable for 2 adults (maximum)
1 x child up to 6 yrs are welcome
extra bedding cannot be supplied.
(child must sleep in existing bedding - No Cots or baby beds supplied)
Elizabeth Bay 1 bedroom apartment
Queen bed, ensuite, lounge, dining and kitchen with harbour view (45 sqm), enquiries via own page on this site.
THE CHEE BONDI SERVICES & AMENITIES
Off street secure parking, 1 vehicle per studio is available (on request) . Our driveway is narrow, cars larger than 2.2m wide and 2.1m high will
not fit thru, this is a complimentary service for guests vehicles only.
An onsite self service Laundry (washer & dryer) is available ($4 per use).
We are a 3 level walk up apartment block. No lift is available.
We will help you with your baggage needs at check in & check out.
Bag storage before checkin from 7am and after checkout to 6pm (available on request).
Wifi, printing & T.V
Free hi speed Wifi is available throughout your stay.
Netflix , Stan & other streaming services are provided.
We can also print paper tickets and passes for you, please let us know.
